Applications

The product (10-200 ppm silver) can be applied into:

  • Painting: e.g. acrylic paint, urethane-, epoxy-, silicone-, phenol-, and polyester-based paint, aqueous paints, powder paint and inks¡Ketc.
  • Plastic: e.g. injection molding or extruder of PP, PC, PET, ABS, TPE, nylon and HIPS (baby toys, home appliance, water or food containers)¡Ketc.
  • Health care: e.g. soap, shampoo and body lotion ¡Ketc.
  • Fiber: e.g. nylon or polyester spinning (sport shoes, sportswear)¡Ketc.

Applications

  The silver master batch can be applied in 0.5-1.0 wt% into the molded products using
  different types of plastics such as PE, PP, PVC, PU, ABS, Styrene, Acetal and Santoprene.
